SHIPPING POLICIES:
I ship via USPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible. When your item ships you will receive an email with the tracking numbers. It may not show or be updated within their system even though it has shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: {I am NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages} If you want to purchase insurance you may do so by contacting me prior to ordering.
ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. USPS failures are not my fault or a reflection on my level of dedication to my customers.
{INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS}
International orders are averaging 5-12 business days for delivery. This depends on your country as well.
{I cannot control customs delays or fees when they are incurred and am not responsible for lost or stolen packages}. If you want to add insurance to your order please contact me prior to purchasing. International package IDs are NOT tracking numbers, just a parcel number. It will most likely show as being in Los Angeles, CA if you try to track it as this is the International postal hub.
If you want a tracking ID it will need to ship FedEx or UPS which is about 4x the cost. I will ship to the Paypal or ship to address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to wrong/incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.
Need it FAST?? I must receive payment before 1PST for Express orders to be shipped same day. There is a small rush fee. Convo me for details.
NOTE: Customized bridal orders might not be available for rush/same day shipping.
PAYMENT POLICIES:
I accept PayPal as my primary method of payment or credit cards.
I am pretty honest and cannot mark international shipments as "gifts" unless it truly is a gift. While I know that taxes and duties are no fun, just be assured I am ethical in every part of my business. Thanks for understanding.
REFUND POLICIES:
{All Sales Are Final} I am a small shop and please know that I keep my prices low and affordable so that everyone can enjoy handmade! Because of this I have a final sales policy.
I try to avoid there being any issues or reasons why you might want to return an item from my shop but due to the handmade nature and being a small business I do have a policy of final sales. So please, ask me whatever questions you may have up front. I'm happy to help and get you the perfect item(s).
If, for some reason, you do decide you want a different item or color I am happy to work with you to do an exchange but the item MUST be in brand new condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
Although I like to consider myself one that never makes a mistake, sometimes I do and an item may be damaged, missing a button, etc. I'll make it right so please let me know.
